Open Enrollment is your opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits. Our benefits program is designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security, and we want to make sure you have the information you need to make the choices that are right for you and your family.

Your current elections, such as medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits, will automatically roll over to the next plan year. However, you MUST actively enroll if you want to:
After Open Enrollment ends, you won’t be able to make changes to your coverage until the next Open Enrollment period (unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage or the birth of a child).
We’ve made some updates to our benefits program. Review the highlights below to see how they may affect your coverage.
The VSP vision plan now includes additional ways to maximize your benefits, including VSP LightCare, which allows you to use your vision benefits for non-prescription sunglasses or blue light filtering glasses, and an additional $50 frame allowance on eligible featured frame brands at participating VSP Premier Edge locations.
The Cigna HMO plan will now include a $150 deductible for certain services. Prescriptions and most routine care will not be subject to the deductible, but some services will require you to satisfy the deductible before plan benefits apply. Review the Plan Documents for more information.
Beginning January 1, 2027 the guaranteed issue amount for voluntary employee life insurance is increasing from $140K to $200K, and for voluntary spouse life insurance from $25K to $50K. During open enrollment all employees will have the opportunity to enroll at these increased amounts without requiring evidence of insurability (EOI) paperwork. Amounts in excess of the new limits will require EOI, which will be provided by New York Life after the close of open enrollment.
